What Data This Site Collects

When you visit any page on this directory, our hosting infrastructure — provided by Cloudflare — automatically records standard web-server telemetry. This includes your IP address, browser user-agent string, the referring URL (if any), the page you requested, and a timestamp for that request. This information is collected passively as a normal part of serving web pages and is not linked to any personal profile or identity on our end.

What We Do Not Collect

This is a static directory site. We do not offer user accounts, comment sections, contact forms that store submissions, or an e-commerce checkout. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or analytics service. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information you might consider personally identifying, because there is no mechanism on this site that would ask for it.

How Long Log Data Is Retained

The server-level logs described above are held by Cloudflare according to their default data-retention schedule, which is typically a matter of weeks. We do not export, copy, or store those logs independently. Once Cloudflare's retention window closes, that data is no longer accessible to us. We do not set first-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or session cookies tied to user behavior. Any cookie you may see in your browser while visiting this site originates from Cloudflare and is used solely for security and network-performance purposes — for example, to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated bots. The pages on this directory contain links to bail bond businesses and related services operating in the San Diego area. Once you click through to one of those external websites, you leave this directory entirely.
